  This has got to be the worst bike shop in the UK, they don't even have a fully trained mechanic just someone who has done 3 days on cytech courses the rest he's learnt via you tube

  Very disappointed with the quality of customer service by one of the female staff. Called into the shop 79 miles into my ride with a loose spoke, I asked for help to see if someone could just nip it up (not true the wheel) a 20 sec job but was told I could purchase a spoke key. I explained that I had one at home so didn't need another one and surely as you do repairs it would not be any hardship to just nip it up please. Reply was we don't lent out tools!!! With that I dumbfounded and politely let it be known and left the shop. I will not be visiting again.
