  INCOMPETENCE OF THE HIGHEST ORDER!!!!!! I would give this company a minus if I could. This is my second time to order and the second time for things to go wrong!!!! I thought Id give them another chance but I was wrong. I ordered almost £270 worth of 3 different labels and I gave the sizes on email at ordering with Paige. The designer Sarah didn't even seem to know what CMYK colours were and I had to correct her 1000 times ( it felt that way) . Now I have received the labels and the sizes are wrong and mixed up and this bunch of thieves are telling me its my fault the labels are wrong sizes. They did not at any point as me to reconfirm the sizes from my initial point of ordering. Do not waste your money on these incompetent bunch who have no clue what they are doing from one minute to the next. The are just chancing on who they will steal from and then blame the customer. Emma the one customer service Advisor has sent me so many emails pointing fingers at me so again lack of customer care!!!! I have tried to call her and they kept lying to me that she is away from her desk. All day I ve been waiting to receive her call yet, even though she is away from her desk, is able to write so many emails. Disgusting! As I write, I now have an angry customer because I cannot complete their order as the labels are wrong and I have lost money as this thieving company has refused to take responsibility. DO NOT TOUCH THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY!!!

  SO WRONG!!! This Company is beyong anyone's belief!!!!APPALLING!!! They have messed up everything for us and have no intentions of resolving it. An order was placed last week for 1500 labels. 1200 of them were wrong and they think it's okay. This has placed a lot of strain on us, one customer, who had urgent order with us has withdrawn and the others are threatening to abandon their orders! They have workers who are quick to take your money with the promise of Fast delivery but all they are is FAST at destroying other people's business. If you want Fast & satisfactory labels, please do not touch this lot. They are APPALLING!

  I was quoted 2-3 working days delivery from date of order placement. Still waiting for my order 7 days later and counting. Also they haven't responded to my emails requesting an ETA. i will use a more reliable printer next time. Should have read the reviews first.
