  I went into this shop as I had seen on a previous visit an electric fire that I hoped would meet my requirements. The item was not cheap at £399.00 so before purchase I wanted to do some research and check existing customer reviews. However in order to do this I needed to at least be able to identify the make and model. The fire was on display but no information was available, I looked all around the fire, underneath the top and both sides, really the only place I couldn't look was the back as the fire was attached to the wall. Eventually a sales lady came to see me and I asked who the manufacturer was, essentially she refused to tell me with an attitude of I didn't need to know. Why? Would anyone spend £399.00 on an item without knowing something about it. I have never experienced such an arrogant attitude from anyone trying to sell any item, who are this company certainly not Rolls Royce. Don't buy from this company if you are interested to know what you are buying or want to research how reliable the product is. They just won't allow you to know.
