Rang Mercedes again who were too busy to speak and promised to call back and 3 hours later I'm still waiting. For a prestige car like Mercedes I'm shocked what terrible customer service they have. For the prices they charge I would expect a lot better. My local garage are fantastic compared to these clowns.
