Purchased a £90 garden crocodile ornament from Palmers and after a few months in the garden with mild weather, the paint started falling off!, many phone calls and e-mails followed before finally getting a response from some person who refused to do anything on the grounds that he "Didn't know what I'd been doing to it!" and that he'd sold loads of them and mine was the only complaint he'd received. A mystery, then, why said product no longer on sale! Spend your hard-earned somewhere else is my advice.
