  Used Screfix for first time in July. Needed some u bolts. I showed the young girl what I needed. So without getting one, she said we have something the same. Charged me for 4 items although only 1 was in stock. 1 min later she brings the 1 in stock. was twice as big and no good. So she said ill refund you. but only for 1 as the other 3 I cant until they come in tomorrow. Frustrated at this nonsense I agreed. She then filled in a form and said ill refund you tomorrow when they come in. I was off on holiday so couldn't come back. Fast forward a month later. No refund still...absolutely useless. Maybe she had a drink on me, as there is no other explanation. Needless to say I wont use again. Thieves!!!
