  Almosy one year ago I bought a phone samsung s6 edge and after 6 or 7 months the screen start to frozen sometimes the phine just turn off I went in the o2 because the phone was in guarantee so they send to repair it after one week I got back my phone but it still doing itt it was not better att all so I went back again and they send my phone again after one week afain I got back my phone and a letter they can not do anything because they said someone try to open my phone so they dont do anything... so I will not buy anymore phones from there .

  Everytime I go there it takes ages. Staff seems to be non-bussy... Today after being there 25 minutes and people who came after me being served before me!? Ok, I have 5 contract with O2. Spending over 200£ a month. I'll just take them over to EE. So I'm on the way to Sheffield Meadowhall where they know how to deal with customers.
